As a Compost Helper at our urban farm, you’ll play a key role in one of the most important parts of regenerative growing—composting! You’ll help manage organic waste, maintain compost systems, and learn how to transform scraps into soil that feeds our plants and planet. This is a hands-on, earth-friendly role perfect for people who enjoy learning, getting a little dirty, and making a big impact from the ground up.
