Governance Mentoring programme

Volunteer Wellington is delighted to be offering a Governance mentoring Programme to support and strengthen community leaders in the Wellington community and voluntary sector.
The mentoring model has been designed to increase participants’ effectiveness in community governance by developing capability, connection and confidence. Each mentee will be matched with a mentor who has strong not-for-profit governance experience and whose skills overlap with their current needs. All mentees and mentors will be supported by the programme coordinator.
