Volunteer Wellington Meetup

Volunteering makes a difference! It makes a difference to the organisations which support the community in many different ways. Volunteering is also an opportunity to get away from our day-to-day normal routine of our busy lives and be a part of a large group of people who are making a difference.

After several very successful events, we are organising the next meetup, creating more opportunities for Wellingtonians to find fulfilling volunteering roles in the coolest capital.

We will have four more presenters from a range of organisations, each will give a 3-5 minute presentation on what they do and the roles that they offer for volunteers.

National Volunteer Week - 17-23 June 2018

National Volunteer Week 2018 celebrates the 1.2 million Kiwis who are volunteering their time and skills to our communities every year. The theme this year is Volunteers - Heart of our Community, which captures the essence of what volunteering is about; how their efforts, compassion and time provide a significant contribution, enriching communities. National Volunteer Week will run from 17-23 of June 2018.
