Aunties/Mature Mentors for Mums
Hutt
Greenstone Doors is a charitable trust dedicated to supporting women and their whānau through pregnancy and into a future with hope. Korowai House is the organisation's maternal mental health respite home in Lower Hutt, offering a safe and nurturing haven for mama and pepi during some of life's most vulnerable moments.
This volunteer opportunity involves being a Greenstone Auntie, walking alongside mama and pepi who are staying at Korowai House through practical help, encouragement, and a steady, caring presence. Volunteers help create a warm and supportive environment for whānau during their time at the home. The time commitment is negotiated directly with the organisation to suit the volunteer.

You might be a great fit if you are:
• Compassionate and grounded, with a deep love for people
• Patient, flexible, and culturally aware
• Motivated by making a real difference in the lives of mama and pepi
Training Provided: Details to be confirmed with the organisation.
