Conservation Volunteers NZ empowers the people of Aotearoa to take action for nature in their communities, bringing together people who love the environment to plant native trees, control pests and weeds, and protect threatened species. Wellington's green spaces are precious, and every volunteer who shows up helps protect and restore the ecosystems that make Te Whanganui-a-Tara the place it is.

This volunteer opportunity involves participating in community-led conservation projects across the Wellington region, including planting native trees, removing invasive weeds, and picking up litter. Sessions run from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm across multiple dates, and no prior experience is needed.

• No experience required

You might be a great fit if you are:
• Passionate about nature and sustainability
• Reliable and enthusiastic
• Enjoys working collaboratively with others

Training Provided: Guidance provided on the day.
