Hutt City Council is committed to building a connected, resilient, and inclusive city. Community Patrol NZ volunteers play an important role in keeping Lower Hutt's neighbourhoods safe and helping residents feel secure in their communities.
This volunteer opportunity involves joining Community Patrol NZ to conduct day and night patrols across multiple Lower Hutt locations, using a fully kitted-out patrol vehicle supplied by the organisation. Applicants must be aged 25 or over and able to pass a police vetting check. The time commitment is negotiable, and full training is provided.
What you'll bring:
• Age 25 or over with a clean police record
• A full NZ driver's licence
• Reliability and strong observation skills
