Would you like to get hands-on real data migration work experience? As our Data Wrangler, you'll help move Volunteer Wellington's historical member data from our old system into Infoodle, our new CRM — detail-focused work that makes a genuine difference to how well we can support our 300+ member charities.

You'll be working closely with our systems team, getting into the weeds of spreadsheets, data validation and clean-up, while helping make sure years of relationship history with our members carries over accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing and migrating historical membership data from our legacy database into Infoodle
Checking data accuracy and validity as records are transferred
Identifying and cleaning up duplicates or inconsistencies along the way
Working through the migration methodically, half a day a week, until it's complete

Skills Required
No CRM experience needed — full training given. What matters most is being detail-oriented, comfortable in spreadsheets, and happy working carefully and methodically through structured data.
