Electrify the Capital will bring together around 50 exhibitors at TSB Arena on Saturday 17 October to help Wellington households and businesses explore the possibilities of electrification.

We're looking for a friendly and practical Exhibitor Host to help make sure our exhibitors feel welcomed, valued and well looked after. A dedicated room will be available where exhibitors can take a break, have coffee or refreshments and get away from their stands for a while.

What's Involved
You'll welcome exhibitors during Friday's pack-in, introduce them to the facilities available, and look after the exhibitor room during Expo day. You'll monitor refreshments and supplies, check in with exhibitors and be a friendly first point of contact when someone needs information or assistance. You won't be expected to solve every problem — you'll know who within the Expo or venue team to contact when help is needed.

What you'll bring
You'll be approachable, practical and enjoy making people feel welcome. Good communication skills and an instinct for noticing when someone might need assistance are more important than event experience.
