Electrify the Capital is a major public expo at TSB Arena on Saturday 17 October, bringing together exhibitors and experts to help Wellington households and businesses explore electrification. As new exhibitors join us, we need an Expo Website Coordinator to make sure the website remains accurate, useful and up to date.

What's Involved
You'll add new exhibitors as they're confirmed, upload their logos and descriptions, add website links, update existing listings and make straightforward changes to other Expo content when required. You'll also keep an eye out for missing or inconsistent information and check that logos, links and listings display correctly.

What you'll bring
You'll be comfortable working with websites and online content, have good attention to detail and be able to accurately transfer information from emails, forms and spreadsheets. Experience with Drupal would be useful but isn't essential — if you're comfortable learning a straightforward content-management system, we'll provide guidance and access. This is a content administration role rather than a website development role — you won't be expected to program or solve complex technical problems.

You might be a great fit if...
You're methodical, comfortable working independently and get satisfaction from keeping information accurate and well presented.

Induction and Support
Most work can be done remotely and at times that suit you, with relatively small ongoing updates through September and October and increased activity as the Expo approaches.
