Citizens Advice Bureau is a nationwide, locally based community organisation dedicated to helping people know and understand their rights and obligations, and providing the confidence and support they need to take action. At Lower Hutt CAB, this means welcoming anyone and helping them navigate whatever challenge they are facing.

This volunteer opportunity involves answering questions from clients in person, over the phone, or online, helping them find information, understand their options, and take their next step toward resolving their issue. Volunteers commit to at least one rostered shift of two to three hours per week and receive ongoing support and learning. No prior experience is needed, and people from all walks of life are welcome to apply.
