On Friday 16 October, the evening before the Electrify the Capital Expo, we'll host an invitation-only Leadership Reception at TSB Arena for business leaders, policy makers, regulators, local government, energy and infrastructure leaders, sponsors and other invited guests. We're looking for a Leadership Reception Coordinator to help us make the event a success.

What's Involved
Working with our professional Event Organiser and organising team, you'll help manage invitations and RSVPs, liaise with speakers and key guests, assist with the programme and networking activities, and help coordinate guest arrivals, name badges, catering, room layout and other arrangements. On the evening, you'll help welcome guests, keep things running smoothly and respond to issues as they arise. Some involvement is required during September and October, with availability needed on Friday 16 October.

What you'll bring
You'll be well organised, communicate confidently and professionally, and enjoy bringing people together. You'll be comfortable dealing with senior people from business, government and community organisations while working collaboratively as part of a team.

You might be a great fit if...
You enjoy organising events, making guests feel welcome and keeping track of lots of small details. This may be less suitable if you'd prefer a role without deadlines or direct interaction with invited guests.

Induction and Support
No specialist event-management experience is required. You'll work alongside an experienced Event Organiser and have support with administration and logistics.
