Do you love re-arranging furniture and have interior design skills? Do you have an eye for layout? Can you work to a budget and muck in to move things around and out? Can you be creative about sourcing resources to make your vision come to life?

We're looking for someone who can help us make better use of our current office space in Wellington. We share space as a collective with three other organisations: Hui E! Community Aotearoa, Community Research Aotearoa, and Philanthropy New Zealand.

We are looking to make better use of the space we share, and we need your help to plan and manage the project. We need help making better use of our shared space, office equipment and furniture, and guidance on designing some inbuilt fixtures.

Better design will make the space more inviting and engaging, improving office culture and making those visiting us feel welcome. Make a difference for the four national community organisations supporting and enabling volunteers and community organisations across Aotearoa New Zealand from the heart of Wellington.

Key Responsibilities

• Confidently arrange for furniture to be removed and delivered
• Muck in physically and help with some of the moving
• Source free or low-cost solutions creatively
• Manage the project from planning through to delivery
