Volunteer Wellington brings people and purpose together by supporting volunteering and strengthening community organisations across the Wellington region. We work alongside hundreds of community groups and charities to help build connected, resilient communities.
We are looking for a Phone Systems Assistant to help us with a phone plan change project.
This project-based opportunity involves assisting with a change of phone providers for Volunteer Wellington. This project will involve researching phone providers to determine the best fit, writing a clear proposal of the change for the Board of Trustees, closing current phone plans, assisting with roll-out, and training staff on new changes.
This role will be based out of our Wellington Central branch, 3 hours per week for up to 6 weeks across the entire project.

Training provided: You'll receive an induction to Volunteer Wellington and support using Microsoft 365, our CRM system and other relevant systems for the project.
