What you'll bring:

• Strong organisational and administration skills
• Confidence communicating professionally by phone and email
• Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills

You might be a great fit if you are:

• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Comfortable starting conversations with a wide range of people
• Well organised and reliable
• Confident working independently
• Interested in supporting community organisations and volunteering
• Someone who enjoys creating systems and keeping things on track

Training provided: You'll receive an induction to Volunteer Wellington and support using Microsoft 365, our CRM system and other relevant systems for the project.
