Role Description:

Join Freedom Philosophy as a Prison Programme Support Volunteer and help deliver holistic programmes inside the correctional facilities in Wellington. You'll walk alongside people on a path of healing and freedom. Freedom Philosophy Society is a charitable (not for profit) incorporated organisation of volunteers. Days, Hours for role:

Ideally, 3-4 hours per week, on week days, though we can work around your availability. You'll attend scheduled prison sessions and commit to a minimum of 6 months for consistency.

Training provided:

No prior experience is required. What matters most is your supportive presence and ongoing commitment. You will receive training on the philosophy programmes that are delivered into prisons and guidance on prison protocols. You will be fully supported through your journey.
