Sailability Wellington is an inclusive sailing club for people with disabilities, offering adapted sailing experiences that build confidence and connection on Wellington Harbour. Volunteer crew members make every sailing session possible.

This volunteer opportunity involves supporting sailing sessions on Wellington Harbour, assisting with sailor transfers, boat operation, and on-water safety throughout each session. All sailing skills are taught on the job, and no prior experience is needed.
