Vincents Art Workshop is a not-for-profit organisation providing free access to community art studios in Wellington's CBD. They're looking for someone with secretarial skills to join their committee as Secretary, replacing an outgoing committee member. This is a voluntary position, and the Secretary is also a full member of the committee.

In partnership with Vincents' Coordinator, administrator and committee chair, the Secretary will:

Take minutes at committee meetings and ensure they're distributed in a timely manner. Ensure adequate notice is given for committee meetings, the AGM, and any special meetings. Maintain membership records and filing of documents. Ensure Vincents meets its reporting obligations to Charities Services and other legal requirements in a timely manner.

Committee representatives, including this role, will be elected at the AGM on 16th November.
