To ensure that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights and responsibilities, and to exert a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services.
Citizens Advice Bureau New Zealand is a free, confidential advice and information service, run through local bureaux nationwide — including here in the Wellington region across Wellington, Lower Hutt and Porirua — helping people understand their rights and take action on issues like legal matters, tenancy, benefits and budgeting.
