Our Mission:
Kites Trust works collaboratively with communities to advance social inclusion, drawing on the skills, knowledge, and lived experience of people affected by mental distress and addiction. They encourage people to define their own problems and solutions, rather than having answers imposed on them.
Kites Trust is a peer-led organisation supporting people who experience mental health crisis and/or addiction. Working alongside local communities, they promote social inclusion through peer support, consumer leadership, facilitation, anti-stigma education, and systemic advocacy — helping people participate more fully in community life, employment, and housing.
