Our Mission:
To help people make their voice heard when it comes to their health and disability care — by listening, explaining rights, and supporting people to decide what action, if any, they want to take, always at their own pace and on their own terms.
The Nationwide Health & Disability Advocacy Service provides free, independent support to help people raise concerns about their health or disability care. Advocates work alongside people to understand their rights under the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers' Rights, explore options, and — where needed — support them through the complaints process with health and disability providers.
