Wellington City Mission Transitional Housing [Te Pā Pori]

Our Mission:
Based in the city centre on Tory Street, Te Pā Pori is Wellington City Mission’s largest transitional housing facility.
Manuhiri are referred by The Ministry of Social Development and other agencies. During the time manuhiri reside within Te Pā Pori , they are provided with wrap-around support including help with addiction, counselling, employment support and other types of support that will ready them to live well in their own tenancies in the community. We also help manuhiri find a place to rent and provide on-going support for months after they move, to ensure they continue to flourish.
