New Zealand Film Collaborators champions a community theatre model for filmmaking, providing collaborative frameworks, equipment access and digital infrastructure while dismantling the financial and educational barriers that keep people out of the screen sector.

This volunteer opportunity involves joining the Board to help guide the collaborative filmmaking community across Aotearoa, participating in strategic planning wananga, contributing to organisational policies, and ensuring practice stays anchored in tikanga. It's approximately 4-6 hours per month, with a full governance induction and a collaborative onboarding wananga provided.
