Aotearoa Refugee and Migrant Support Services (ARMSS) is a non-profit social enterprise providing culturally appropriate support to Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities, grounded in the belief that equity in process is essential to achieving equality in outcomes. Through the EMBRACE Programme, ARMSS works to connect people from ethnic and migrant communities with employment opportunities, training, and support services that match their unique needs.

This volunteer opportunity involves guiding clients through structured assessment questions, recording their responses using the programme's assessment tool, and helping to identify their skills, needs, and employment readiness. Assessments may be conducted in person, online, or by phone depending on client needs, and volunteers work alongside ARMSS staff to ensure clients are connected to the right pathways. Volunteers typically contribute approximately one to two hours each week.
