KiwiClass is a not-for-profit organisation providing multicultural support through education and employment pathways for former refugees and migrants across Greater Wellington. Learning English for everyday life opens doors to work, community, and independence for people new to Aotearoa New Zealand.
This volunteer opportunity involves supporting adult English language learners from refugee and migrant backgrounds in a KiwiClass Lower Hutt classroom, working one-on-one or in small groups under the guidance of the teacher and assisting with classroom activities or local outings. Sessions run Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am to 12:30pm.
