Sailability Wellington is an inclusive sailing club for people with disabilities, providing adapted sailing experiences that build confidence, connection, and joy on the water. Volunteer crew members make every sail possible at the Lower Hutt centre at Seaview Marina.

This volunteer opportunity involves joining the sailing crew at Seaview Marina in Lower Hutt, assisting with sailor transfers, boat operation, and on-water safety throughout the session. Specific sailing skills are taught on the job, and no previous sailing experience is required.
