Our Mission:
Kiwi Community Assistance (KCA) helps communities throughout the Greater Wellington region by rescuing surplus food and household goods, and redistributing it to 90 frontline agencies working directly with people in need.
Volunteer with us
Cover backup admin shifts sorting rescued food and riding along in KCA's chiller truck, Monday to Thursday.
Join KCA's monthly Sunday food rescue run as a driver or food sorter/admin volunteer.
Drive the KCA chiller truck on Tuesday or Thursday mornings to collect and sort food donations from supermarkets. 6-month commitment.
