Disability Services

Sailability Wellington is an inclusive sailing club for people with disabilities. With over 200 sailing members and 70 experienced volunteers, we sail up to 6 days a week from our bases at Seaview, Evans Bay and Onepoto (Porirua). Each sailor can participate in activities that match their personal interest and capability. We have 27 specially designed Hansa yachts and 3 support boats and operate with strict safety protocols.

Riding for the Disabled provides interaction with horses to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for people experiencing disability, or who have specific challenges or needs, enabling them to have meaningful participation in, and contribution to, their community.

Interpreting New Zealand breaks down the language barrier between English and non-English speakers. We provide interpreters in some 70 languages. We offer onsite, telephone or video interpreting.
