Cahoots creates safe and empowering practical spaces for women and gender minorities. In Aotearoa, trade and practical spaces have not been built for us. Harassment, exclusion, gendered assumptions, and unequal access to training and opportunities create barriers and limit who gets to build, repair, earn, and lead.
Cahoots exists to transform this system, changing societal norms and expectations, and rewriting industry culture and practice.
